Learning.com is a website geared towards helping educators integrate technology into their work. The website offers premade technology packages that are designed to help bring technology into curriculum, as well as technology to assess learning strengths and weaknesses, and supplemental digital teaching lessons.
How to register your account
If you already have an account with learning.com, navigate your browser to the web site, and then wait for it to load fully. After the page has finished loading, you should see an orange log in box on the left hand side of the screen. Enter your username, password, and district, then select “Log In.”
Because the website is primarily for school districts and institutions, you have to be a customer to get an account. It is not the type of website where you sign up for an account on the page. Anyone can browse the products and services available through www.learning.com, and then if you wish to purchase one for your district, contact the company at their contact number.
Contacting the Website
From any of the product or service explanation pages, you will be able to see the call number and a button to request information.You can click the “Request More Info” button to get the information you want emailed to you, or call the number listed.
You can also click the “Contact Us” buttons in the top right, and bottom left corners of the landing page. These buttons take you to a page with information about how to contact the company by phone or otherwise.
If you do not wish to call the company, and you do not wish to request an email; you can participate in a live chat with a company representative. The chat services are only active between 5:30 am and 4:30 pm, Pacific Standard Time. To access the live chat service, click the support button at the top right corner of the landing page. Once you open the live chat, you will be able to type messages to, and receive messages from, a representative of the company.
This will take you to the support page, where you can then select the “Live Chat” button. It is located to the right of the search bar near the top of the page.
The chat window that opens will ask you for your name, for your school district, for your email, and for the reason you are requesting a chat. After you have typed in the relevant information requested by the web site, click “Chat Now” at the bottom of the window to begin the chat.
